Information We Collect
MyTimeo does not require registration, account creation, or the submission of an email address. We do not collect personal identifiers such as names, email addresses, or phone numbers. Anonymous usage data (such as app events and device type) is collected to improve the app experience — see Analytics & Service Providers below.
How Your Data Is Processed
When you create tasks, events, or reminders using voice or text input, your input is sent to our backend servers for AI processing. This allows us to understand your intent and structure it into calendar entries. The content of your input may be processed by third-party AI services to provide this functionality.
We do not permanently store your input data on our servers. It is processed in real time and discarded after the result is returned to your device.
Data Storage
Your tasks, events, and reminders are stored locally on your device and may be synced through Apple's iCloud services. We do not maintain a separate database of your personal content.
Third-Party Services
MyTimeo uses third-party AI services to process and interpret your voice and text input. These services receive only the content of your input necessary for processing. We do not share any personal identifiers with these services.
Our AI providers include:
- OpenAI — natural language processing and intent recognition
- Cerebras — fast AI inference for real-time processing
Analytics & Service Providers
We use third-party services to understand how the app is used, manage subscriptions, and improve stability. These services may collect anonymous usage data such as app events, device type, and operating system version. This data is not linked to your identity — we do not know your name, email, or any personal identifiers. No data is sold or shared for advertising purposes.
Our service providers include:
- Mixpanel — anonymous usage analytics (EU data residency)
- RevenueCat — subscription management
- Sentry — crash reporting
- Firebase App Check — device integrity verification (no personal data)
- GrowthBook — feature flag configuration (no personal data collected)
These providers process data solely to deliver their services and are contractually bound to protect it. For details, refer to their respective privacy policies.
Data Security
All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted. We take appropriate measures to protect your information during transit and processing.
Children's Privacy
MyTimeo is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
